A better selection of firm pillow options would help.

walking distance to parks and art galleries for weekend escapes
I loved that my room had a stunning view and that the Manchester Museum was less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore this amazing city on foot. plus, the hotel offers great facilities, perfect for a single traveler like me. But the shower door leaked a bit, so keeping the bathroom dry was necessary after each use.

Consider improving air conditioning systems, addressing minor cleanliness issues more regularly!!! The kitchenettes could use more utensils for better meal preparations during longer stays!!!

Modern decor with a comfortable layout makes a good impression. The kitchenette in the Queen Studio offers solid flexibility for meal prep, making it convenient for families.
The bed was far too firm, which wasn't comfortable for a good night's sleep. The shower situation was awkward due to a high glass screen that restricted access, making it a hassle for anyone with mobility challenges. I also found the breakfast selection rather basic, with some hot items served lukewarm, indicating a lack of consistent quality control.
